When you purchase from gpkit you’re covered by the same return policies and guarantees as if you bought from a regular store. If your gpkit is damaged or faulty at the time you receive it, you should contact gpkit by email at email@example.com or phone (02) 8911 4818 within 7 days. We will contact you to arrange a return authorisation (for replacement).
We deliver products using Australia Post
If you are disappointed with gpkit in any way and want a refund you should contact us by phone or email within 7 days to advise you are returning your gpkit. We will arrange a full refund on receiving your kit in good order, in it’s original packaging.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or faulty claims outside of our 7 days policy.
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars.
